Dr. Sanjeev Kumar had given brief about CSIR laboratory and core R&D strength of CSIR. He then explain physiological system of human, broad classification of Bio Signals then different diagnostic instruments then therapeutic instruments. Further he had explained Specific applications of Bio-signals for Diagnostic like Quantitative Estimation Depth of Anesthesia, Quantitative Estimation of Pain, Automatic Estimation of Hypnosis Drug,Pulse Diagnostic Instrumentation and Specific Applications of Bio-signals for Prosthetics. He further explained where there is a problem ,solution is always there.
