Cake with Icing 

The AICTE- Spices: Baking Club of GHRCE had organized a cake with icing event on 27th August 2022 via offline mode in the college canteen. Baking is considered a form of art through the imaginative and technical skill required of its baker. So here we had invited Mrs Bhavna Chapke, owner of Bhavnas Kitchen Classes, to help the participants bring out the baker inside them. There was a total of 30 participants for this event. Mrs Bhavna taught everyone various items to bake such as Garlic bread, Icing on cake, Cookies (Chocolate and Pinwheel). Everything was taught in detail and the participants were even encouraged to try various skills like mixing, icing and decorating thus keeping them enthusiastic throughout the event. Overall, it was a great learning experience for all and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly.
