Konkan Kanya Band at GHRCEM, Pune

G H Raisoni College of Engineering & Management, Punem & RGI Sports Cultural Foundation organized a musical event of ‘Konkan Kanya Band’ on 5th August, 2022 at the Lokshahir Annabhau Sathe Sabhagruh, Bibvewadi Pune.

Kokan Kanya Band is well-known band of Mumbai participated in Rising Star reality show on Colors TV Channel. Band directed by Mr. Raviraj Koltharkar, Rhythm director Mr. Vishal Sutar and performed by Duhita Kunkavlekar, Nikita Ghate, Rasika Borkar, Sneha Akhre, Aarti Satyapal and Arundhati Tendulkar.

The Konkan Kanya Band performed old Hindi and Marathi Songs in a unique way which includes songs like Aaj Jane ki Jid nakaro, kunitari yenar yenar g…, Ashi hi banva banvi…., Govinda re Gopal. These songs mesmerized audience and take them in to golden era of Indian Music. 

Music lovers from Pune and nearby area enjoyed the performance of band.

Chairman of RGI Mr. Sunil Raisoni appreciated the efforts of the entire team. On this occasion Dr. R. D. Kharadkar, Campus Director and Dr. Vaibhav Hendre, Deputy Director congratulated for the successful conduction of the event.
