INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY 2022

Objective-To bridge the generational gap between students and grandparents

Sometimes we forget just how important and special grandparents are.Grandparents and children have a special connection that is proven to both, make grandparents live longer and also make children emotionally resilient.

Rotary Club of Sadabai raisoni Womens College has organized International youth day on 12^th August 2022 the theme this year was “Intergenerational Solidarity :Creating a world for all ages”. Welcome address was given by Prof.Purnima Rai she spoke on the theme.Fun games were there where grandparents enjoyed by guessing the Bollywood songs by listening to the music of the song All of them participated enthusiastically and enjoyed singing songs together. The students interacted with grandparents and got to learn about their experiences of life. Students entertained the guests with their poetries and jokes. We concluded our event with vote of thanks along with snacks and a memento to cherish this day life long.

In all it was a delight to see the grandparents and children enjoying their time together.
