Chocolate Making Workshop

GHRCEM, Jalgaon Organised Chocolate Making Workshop

The Bakers Club organized a Chocolate Workshop for students on 4th October 2025 at the Management Building. The session was conducted by Master Chef Ms. Mamoni Maiti, a renowned culinary expert with rich experience in confectionery and bakery arts. The workshop began at 10:30 AM with a welcome address by the coordinator, Ms. Shweta Chaudhari. Chef Mamoni Maiti introduced students to the fascinating world of chocolate-making, covering topics such as the history of chocolate, tempering techniques, and the art of creating handcrafted chocolates.  Students were given hands-on training in preparing a variety of chocolate delicacies including truffles, pralines, and molded chocolates. The interactive session allowed participants to explore their creativity while also learning professional tips and tricks for perfecting taste and presentation.

Objectives of the Chocolate Workshop

1. To provide students with practical knowledge and skills in chocolate-making.

2. To introduce the art and science of tempering, molding, and decorating chocolates.

3. To encourage creativity and innovation in preparing different varieties of chocolates.

4. To develop awareness about the entrepreneurial potential in bakery and confectionery.

5. To enhance student engagement through interactive and hands-on learning.

6. To promote culinary interest and skill development among students.
