SRWC, Nagpur Organised Swachhata Abhiyan on Gandhi Jayanti

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the NSS Unit of Sadabai Raisoni Women’s College, An Autonomous Institute affiliated to SNDT Women’s University Mumbai, organized a Swachhata Abhiyan at Jawahar Convent School, Chaoni, Nagpur on 03 Oct 2025. The drive aimed to promote hygiene awareness among school children and encourage healthy habits in daily life. As part of the initiative, powdered hand-wash Sachets were donated and distributed to the students. NSS volunteers also demonstrated the correct steps of hand-washing and explained its importance in preventing diseases and maintaining overall well-being. The school children actively participated in the activity and pledged to follow the practice of regular hand washing in their routine. The event was coordinated by NSS Program Officer Prof. Priyanka Mandve under the guidance of Principal Dr. Amina Vali.
