Photography Competition at GHRU, Amravati on “Tiranga: The Nation’s Pride” Theme
GHRCEM held a Photography Competition on Independence Day, 15 August 2025, with the theme “Tiranga: The Nation’s Pride” to encourage students’ creativity, storytelling and patriotic expression. The contest attracted entries from across departments, with 13 submissions reflecting varied interpretations and strong technical skill. A panel led by Dr B V Nagarjuna Yadav judged the photographs on originality (no AI images), composition, relevance to the theme, creativity and visual impact. Results were announced by Ms Komal Dangre (Photography Club In‑charge) on 26 August 2025 during a short ceremony in the Seminar Hall, third floor, Main Building. The certificate distribution was graced by Vice‑Chancellor Dr Vinayak Deshpande, who personally presented certificates to the winners. The top three were: First — Ms Iftesaam Parveen (School of Law); Second — Mr Aditya Ajmire (School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology); Third — Ms Suhani Gujar (School of Pharmacy). Winners were lauded for their exceptional talent and creative vision. The event celebrated national pride while providing a platform for student photographers to showcase their work.
