Workshop on Instrument Playing (Piano) at GHRCE, Nagpur

On April 12, 2025, the Department of Music at GHRCE organized a workshop on instrument playing (Piano) for first-year students. This event aimed to learn & perform on on piano. The primary objective of the workshop was to introduce students to learn piano chords & how to play a song on piano. It also sought to encourage students to explore their potential to play chords on piano. A discussion regarding the assignments & submissions was conducted in session to analyse the students about their understanding about previous sessions. Students learnt the chords of Piano with a rhythm to play on instrument. A viva was conducted regarding the chords of piano. Live performance of instrument playing was conducted. The Music workshop was a resounding success, achieving its goal of promoting creativity and artistic exploration among first-year students. The event highlighted the importance of integrating music into the academic environment to nurture well-rounded individuals. The event was conducted by Mr. Abhishek Damani who is the Music guest at GHRCE campus for 136 students with Faculty Coordinator Prof. Swati Tiwari (IT department)
