GHRCEM, Pune Organised Industrial Visit to Silverline Electricals Pvt. Ltd., Pune

The Department of Electrical Engineering, in association with the SESI Chapter, e-Vehicle Club, and EESA, successfully organized an industrial visit to Silverline Electricals Pvt. Ltd., Pune, for Second-Year Electrical Engineering students. The visit, held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, provided students with first-hand exposure to industrial practices, electrical equipment manufacturing, and power distribution systems. Experts from Silverline Electricals guided the students through the facility, explaining the design, assembly, and testing of electrical components, including transformers, switchgear, and other essential power equipment. Students had the opportunity to interact with industry professionals, understand real-world applications of theoretical concepts, and explore career opportunities in the electrical engineering field. This visit aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial requirements, enhancing students' technical knowledge and practical insights. The event concluded with a group interaction and a Q&A session, where students clarified their doubts regarding industrial processes, emerging trends, and career prospects in the electrical engineering sector.
