GHRCEM, Pune Organised Expert Lecture on “Legal & Ethical Steps for Startups”
The Department of Electrical Engineering at GH Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune, in association with the e-Vehicle Club and the Solar Energy Society of India (SESI), successfully hosted a guest lecture on "Essential Legal and Ethical Steps for Planning a Successful Startup." The session featured Mr. Gajanan Trikutkar, Founder of Samarth Engineering Company and Co-Founder of Skillmate Technologies, as the keynote speaker. With vast experience in entrepreneurship, Mr. Trikutkar provided valuable insights into the legal and ethical considerations crucial for startup success. The event, held on February 12, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, saw an enthusiastic response from students and aspiring entrepreneurs. The session covered essential topics such as business registration, compliance, intellectual property rights, ethical business practices, and financial transparency. Mr. Trikutkar emphasized the importance of understanding the legal framework within which startups operate, highlighting how proper registration and compliance can prevent future legal complications.
