On March 15, 2025, the Department of Music at GHRCE (G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering) organized a workshop on Collaborative Performance Skills for first-year students. The primary objective of the event was to introduce students to the fundamentals of performing music on stage while fostering collaboration among peers. Led by Mr. Abhishek Damani, a guest music instructor, the workshop provided participants with the opportunity to learn essential concepts related to music creation and stage performance. A discussion regarding assignments was also conducted to assess students' understanding of previous sessions and encourage deeper engagement with the material. The workshop culminated in a live performance where students showcased their skills and creativity, highlighting the importance of integrating music into the academic environment. With the support of Faculty Coordinator Prof. Swati Tiwari from the IT department, the event successfully engaged 136 students, promoting creativity and artistic exploration. Overall, the workshop was a resounding success, inspiring students to continue their musical journey and develop their collaborative performance skills.
