GHRCE, Nagpur Organised A Workshop on Expression through Vocal Dynamics & Articulation

The Department of Music at GHRCE, Nagpur organised a workshop on "Expression through Vocal Dynamics and Articulation" for first-year students. The primary aim of this workshop was to enhance students' stage performance skills through collaboration and to introduce them to the nuances of performing songs effectively. Participants engaged in discussions about their assignments, which allowed them to reflect on their understanding of previous sessions and identify areas for improvement. A viva was also conducted to assess their skills and comprehension, ensuring that students were well-prepared for their performances The workshop, led by Mr. Abhishek Damani, a guest music instructor at GHRCE, successfully engaged 136 students and fostered an environment of creativity and artistic exploration. The event underscored the importance of integrating music into the academic curriculum, contributing to the development of well-rounded individuals. Overall, the workshop was a resounding success, encouraging students to explore their musical potential and enhancing their confidence in performing on stage. Faculty Coordinator Prof. Swati Tiwari from the IT department played a crucial role in supporting the event, further enriching the students' learning experience.
