GHRU, Amravati Organised Seminar on “Salesforce Admin - An Introduction” for Students

The Innovation Club of G H Raisoni University, Amravati organised a workshop “Salesforce Admin - An Introduction Guide for Students”. An introduction to Salesforce is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and improve profitability. It provides a comprehensive suite of applications for sales, service, marketing, analytics, and application development. The event started with the welcome of the guests Vice Chancellor Dr. Vinayak Deshpande Sir, Dean Student’s Welfare Dr. Prashant Avchat Sir and Guest Speaker. Prof. Nitin Chitale provided a comprehensive reporting system that allows businesses to track and analyse data effectively. This report evaluates how Salesforce Reports are utilized, their impact on business operations, and recommendations for optimizing reporting capabilities. Salesforce Reports play a vital role in tracking business performance and driving informed decision-making. By addressing existing challenges and leveraging advanced features, organizations can maximize the benefits of Salesforce reporting. Almost 30 students participated from all the departments making the event a grand success.
