GHRU, Amravati Organised Short Film Making Competition “Man Vs Nature”

The Happiness and Kindness Club of university organized an exciting Short Film Making Competition (Prize distribution) on 18/02/2025. The event aimed to encourage students to express their creativity and spread messages of positivity, kindness, and social awareness through the art of filmmaking. The competition was designed to provide students with a platform to showcase their filmmaking skills while promoting meaningful themes such as compassion, empathy, and happiness and social well-being, environment. It also aimed to foster teamwork, storytelling abilities, and technical expertise in cinematography. The participants have done registration through google form. The last date for short film submission was 17/02/2025. The competition was open to all students of [University Name]. Participants were required to form teams and create short films of a specified duration, adhering to the given themes. The entries were judged based on creativity, storytelling, cinematography, direction, and the impact of the message conveyed. A total of 4 teams participated in the competition. The screening of the short films took place in seminar hall 3rd floor main building followed by an engaging discussion session. The winning films were awarded certificates and prizes.

The prizes are as follows:

1. First prize: Mr.Mayur Kilnake and group.(Global Warming)

2. Second prize: a) Ms. Yogita Parchake,Snehal Hedaoo (Let nature nurture you)

3. Second prize: Ms.Leena Bijwe (We are the nature)

4. Third Prize: Mr.Prathmesh Muley (Natures Wrath)
