SRWC, Nagpur Organized Intercollegiate Nutrition Quiz Competition

Sadabai Raisoni Women’s College (SRWC), Nagpur, successfully organized an Intercollegiate Nutrition Quiz Competition on January 9, 2025, in celebration of National Dietetics Day, which falls on January 10. The event aimed to promote awareness and enhance knowledge about nutrition and dietetics among students while fostering a spirit of healthy competition.

Eight teams enthusiastically participated in the competition, representing four colleges: Sadabai Raisoni Women’s College, LAD and SRP College for Women, Dharampeth Science College, and Datta Meghe College, with two teams from each institution. The quiz not only tested the participants' knowledge of nutrition but also encouraged collaboration and engagement among students from different colleges. The event was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of nutrition in daily life and encouraging students to adopt healthier lifestyles. Through this initiative, SRWC aimed to inspire a greater understanding of dietetics and its impact on overall well-being, making it a memorable and educational experience for all involved.
