Monogram Presentation Competition Organized GHRCEM, Pune
The Department of Electrical Engineering at G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune, in collaboration with the e-Vehicle Club and the Student Chapter of the Solar Energy Society of India (SESI), hosted a Monogram Presentation Competition on January 15, 2025. This event aimed to inspire creativity while promoting sustainability and the electric vehicle revolution. Participants designed monograms around themes such as "Driving the Future: EV Revolution," "Zero Emissions: Infinite Possibilities," and "Powering Tomorrow: The EV Way." The competition began with an inaugural address by Dr. V. M. Panchade, who highlighted the importance of creativity in advancing sustainable technologies and the role of young engineers in building a greener future. Around 20 teams from various engineering disciplines presented their innovative designs, explaining the symbolism and relevance of their work to the electric vehicle and sustainability sectors. A distinguished panel of judges, including faculty members Dr. Swapnil Mahajan, Dr. Arti Patale, and Dr. Pabitra Guchhit, evaluated the entries based on creativity, originality, thematic relevance, and presentation quality. Organized under the guidance of Dr. Asha Shendge and Dr. Pragati Korde, the event provided participants with a platform to enhance their presentation skills and deepen their understanding of the electric vehicle industry. Overall, the Monogram Presentation Competition was a success, showcasing students' creativity and reinforcing the Department’s commitment to fostering innovation and sustainability in emerging technologies.
