A Republic Day Culinary Contest at GHRCEM, Jalgaon

The Bakers Club of GHRCEM, Jalgaon organized a vibrant event for the celebration of Republic Day, focusing on the theme of dishes made from home that represent the tri-colour of the Indian flag. The event encouraged participants to showcase their culinary skills by preparing dishes in shades of saffron, white, and green, symbolizing the unity and diversity of India. The event featured a variety of home-cooked meals, with participants creating both traditional and innovative recipes. These dishes included items like saffron rice, sweets in white like kheer and coconut ladoos, and green salads/ chutneys, all reflecting the tri-colour theme. The participants shared their recipes and cooking tips, creating an interactive environment that celebrated Indian culture through food.

The event not only highlighted the significance of Republic Day but also promoted the spirit of togetherness.
