  A Donation Drive for the Needy by SRWC, Nagpur

On 21st December 2024, the Care Connect Club of Sadabai Raisoni Women’s College, Nagpur, organised a meaningful donation drive at Antarbharti Ashram, focusing on extending support to the underprivileged in the community. With the winter season approaching, the initiative aimed to provide essential clothing items to those in need, ensuring they could stay warm and comfortable during the colder months. The club members collected a variety of clothing, including warm jackets, sweaters, and blankets, through generous contributions from students and faculty alike.

On the day of the event, volunteers sorted and distributed the items with care, taking the time to engage with the residents of the ashram and understand their needs. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude and warmth as smiles spread across the faces of those receiving the donations. This initiative not only provided immediate relief but also fostered a sense of community and compassion, highlighting the importance of giving back to society.
