GHRU, Amravati Organized Nature Trail at Bhawani Lake, Amravati

 The “Nature Club” of GHRU, Amravati organized a nature trail at Bhawani Lake, Wadali, for the Law Department students of GHRUA on December 7, 2024.

The trekking camp was set in the picturesque Bhawani Lake area, which is rich in natural beauty and wildlife species. During the event, students also participated in a Swachata Abhiyan, where they collected plastic bags and other waste from the jungle area, promoting environmental cleanliness and awareness. Overall, the program was highly educational and provided a wonderful opportunity for students to connect with nature.

The event saw active participation from departmental faculty members, including Nature Club coordinators Prof. V.S. Chavhan, Prof. Sumit Saharkar, and Prof. Snehal Dongre. The initiative was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Swapnil Sonone and his team from the NGO focused on nature conservation, including Pankaj Bandabuche and Rudra Shrirao.
