“Photograph that can itself tell the story”

The students of different streams of GHRU participated in the Online Candid Photography Competition organized by the Photography Club and last date of submission was 15/07/2022.

The Theme of the Competition – Candid Photography Competition, was taken so that the raw and candid side of the world can be seen which is often hidden.

Students actively participated in the competition and we had around 8 entries. The contest was to inspire the photographer in you, regardless of age or skill level. Photography showcased the student’s different interest areas; it also reflected the passion, interest and creativity of participants. The challenge to photographers was to be creative throughout with the photographic medium. The competition was judged on the individual ways of observing the surroundings and also the talent, dedication and creativity needed to frame it.

1^st prize has been given to Abhishek Choudhary (School of Law) and 2^nd prize has been given to Ayushi Sahdev (School of Agricultural Sciences) for their excellent photography skills.

Objectives:

1.      To enhance the photography skills of the students.

2.      To not only capture the photograph but the moment.

3.      To enlighten the students mind.

Benefits:

1.      Students were able to picture the moment.

2.      They were able to use their raw skills in photographs.

3.      They got to enhance their photography skills.
