Guest Lecture on Career Guidance and EV Training at G H Raisoni College of Engineering & Management, Pune

G H Raisoni College of Engineering & Management, Pune, an autonomous institute accredited with NAAC A+ Grade and NBA recognition, recently organized a guest lecture under its e-Vehicle Club. The event, titled "Career Guidance - Interview Skills & Basic EV Training Program," took place on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Esteemed speakers Mr. Vinod V. Gawande, Project Manager, and Mr. Shirish Temgire, Lead Manager at M/s Accenture, in collaboration with GTT Foundation, led the interactive session. The lecture provided students with valuable insights into essential interview skills, career-building strategies, and the rapidly evolving electric vehicle (EV) industry.

During the session, both speakers shared their extensive experience in recruitment and training, offering attendees a comprehensive overview of industry expectations and the technical knowledge necessary for success in the electric vehicle sector. The event was coordinated by Dr. Asha Shendge, Club Coordinator, with support from Dr. V.M. Panchade, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, and Dr. R.D. Kharadkar, Director of G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune.
