Introduction to Japanese Language & Culture  Workshop was started from 13 June to 21st of June 2022.

On  13th June the 1st day  the inauguration function was conducted the Dean of Students welfare Mr. Prashant Awachat Sir was present as main guest of function. He has given the knowledge about Japan. After that I have started to tell about Japanese culture and opportunities available in Japan which are useful for students for their bright future also I have shown them the videos about bullet train and maglev technology.

On second day (14th June) On second day, I have taught them about the Japanese script I have teach them about all three Japanese script. Showing them videos of Japanese culture. With that I tell them about the Tea Ceremony Festival. On 3rd day, I have started to teach them first script that is HIRAGANA from basic. Tell them  tricks for how  to remember alphabets of hiragana.

On 4th day, I have taken revision of the alphabets also I have taught them greetings of Japanese and show them some videos about maglev technology.

On 5th day,  I have taken revision of alphabets and teach them days and doing activities about “Origami”. On 6 day, I have revised all the alphabets and teach them all the numbers and practice of all the students. On 7th day, I have revise all the alphabets, numbers and days after that I have teach them the  grammar particle. And teach them Basic sentences. On 7th day,  taught some basic phrases and greetings and practices all the basic phrases.

On 8th day, revise all the alphabets, greetings and taking conversations among students with the help of phrases with that I have taught them  new vocabularies and do practices of conversation among three students the topic name was “Hajimemashite”. On 9th day, we have taken assessment  for all the students. There was 30 marks exam. On dated 5th of July 2022, We have taken valedictory function. Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. Vinayak Deshpande Sir and Dean of Students welfare Prof Prashant Awachat Sir and Registrar Prof. Snehil Jaiswal Sir and all the Deans of various departments was present at that Function. I have organized the Japanese drama with the help of students. And performed in front of dignitaries. After that announced the winners of examination. 1st rank goes to Nandini Rangari from Forensic science department first year.

2nd rank goes to Issshreeka Sharma Adhikari from Forensic science department first year. 3rd rank goes to Yash Ingole from B.Tech department first Year. I have given them special gift which was from Japan and its specially related with Japanese culture. All the students honour by Vice Chancellor sir.

Vice Chancellor Dr. Vinayak Deshpande Sir have  given inspiration speech to students. At the end of function I have distributed Certificates to all the participants.
