“Virangaana 2024” – A women Eccentric Event Organized at GHRIEBM, Jalgaon

In celebration of International Women's Day, GHRIEBM Pink Hats Club (Yuvati Sabha) proudly hosted Virangaana 2024 on March 7, 2024, at GHRIEBM, Jalgaon. The event aimed to inspire inclusion, celebrating the achievements of women while fostering a commitment to diversity and collaboration. The morning commenced with a powerful speech by GHRIEBM Director Dr. Preeti Agarwal, emphasizing the increasing empowerment of women across generations. Dr. Agarwal highlighted the crucial role women play in shaping cultural traditions and stressed the need for inclusive environments.

Distinguished speakers graced the stage, offering unique perspectives on inclusion. Ms. ITY Pandey, the first lady Divisional Railway Manager on Bhusaval division of Central Railway, shared her pioneering journey in the railway sector, breaking gender barriers. Prof. Dr. Gita Dharampal, an internationally renowned scholar, provided insights into academia's role in fostering inclusion. Ms. Ramya Kannan, a life skills trainer, shared empowering teachings on personal development and resilience. The keynote speaker, Ms. ITY Pandey, captivated the audience with her trailblazing spirit and experiences, leaving a lasting impact on the 700-plus participants. The event also featured esteemed guests, Ms. Shilpa Jan, a businesswoman from Dubai, and Mrs. Jyotsana Raisoni, adding global perspectives to the discourse.

Dean Academics Prof. Sanjay Shekawat delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude for the collaborative efforts of faculty members who contributed to the event's success.
