Blood Donation & Health Check-up Camp Organized at SRWC, Nagpur

NSS Unit of Sadabai Raisoni Women's College, Nagpur, recently organized 'PRERNA- 2024' event to celebrate International Women's Day. "Blood is a gift of life". On this note, a blood donation camp was organized in collaboration with Aarpan Blood Bank, Nagpur, which is a subsidiary of Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur. Dr. Amina Vali, Principal-Sadabai Raisoni Women's College inaugurated the event. 

A health check-up camp was also organized for all staff and students of RGI, where blood pressure, haemoglobin, weight and other stats were measured. Around 150 students were benefitted from the event. Many students contributed to the noble cause of blood donation. The event was organized by the Academic Dean - Prof. Prachi Sasankar- (NSS Program Officer), under the guidance of Principal- Dr. Amina Vali Madam. Mr. Satyam Singh and Mr. B. K Kulkarni coordinated on behalf of Aarpan Blood Bank. NSS Volunteers participated in and coordinated the event.
