Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti was celebrated recently at GHRU, Saikheda.

The primary objective is to pay homage to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, recognizing his leadership, courage, and contributions to the establishment of the Maratha Empire. Celebrations aim to highlight his enduring legacy and the impact he had on Indian history.

Shivaji Jayanti celebrations provide an opportunity to educate the public, especially the younger generation, about the historical significance of Shivaji Maharaj's life. Various events, lectures, and programs are organized to disseminate information about his achievements, military strategies, and administrative policies.

The entire teaching and non-teaching faculty gathered at GHRUS. The honourable VC mam and other faculty members and students did Shiv puja. Students in appraisal have prepared Killa as a tribute to Shivaji Maharaj.
