A guest lecture on the topic “Deep Learning” was delivered by Angad Kulkarni on 29th January 2024 under the “Web Designing Club,” which is organized by G H Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology. Sir highlighted deep learning, stating “Deep Learning Everywhere,” which means deep learning applications are found almost everywhere, like in media and entertainment, security and defence, medicine and biology, etc. Then, data science was introduced as a cross-platform that integrates various disciplines like mathematics, statistics, information science, and computer science. Insights were given about machine learning as a mechanization of understanding systems. 

The speaker quoted machine learning as predicting the future based on the past. The speaker enlightens the session with deep learning applications in daily life and the classification of datasets using deep learning techniques.  The activity has been smoothly conducted under the Guidance of Dr. Vivek Kapur, Director, Shradha Park Campus, and Dean Prof. Anupam Chaube, Science and Technology Department, GHRIET, Nagpur. The Prof Jyoti Tiwari organized the Guest Lecture. The GHRIET student proposed the vote of thanks.
