"Samarpan” Reusable Clothes Donation Drive Organised at GHRCEM, Jalgaon

The “Samarpan” Reusable Clothes Donation Drive was successfully organised and carried out by the Rotaract Club of Raisoni Jalgaon. The main aim of this noble initiative was to collect, sort, and distribute reusable clothes to underprivileged individuals and families so they could celebrate Diwali with happiness and dignity. Collection drives were conducted at various locations in Jalgaon and nearby villages, including the college campus, hostels, and nearby residential areas. All collected clothes were carefully sorted and packed before distribution. The clothes were distributed in nearby villages and urban slum areas, where volunteers personally interacted with the beneficiaries and shared festive greetings. Through this drive, more than 1,500 clothes were donated to those in need. The “Samarpan” campaign truly reflected the Rotaract Club’s commitment to social service and community welfare. It also reminded everyone that small acts of kindness can bring great joy and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
