International Day of Yoga 21^st  Jun-2022

Sadabai Raisoni Women’s College, Nagpur (A-Grade accredited), an autonomous institute affiliated to SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, celebrated International Day of Yoga with zeal and enthusiasm through a workshop on 21^st June 2022 for students and staff. Yoga Guru-Mr. Hrutvik Pasare (Prof- Chakrapani College of Naturopathy and Yoga) conducted the workshop  which demonstrated basic yogasanas, Suryanamaskar postures, Breathing Exercises and Pranayama. Around 50 students had participated in demonstrating various exercises. International Day of Yoga Event was organized under the guidance of Principal - Prof.Amina Vali. and NSS-Program Officer- Prof.Prachi Sasankar coordinated the program.
