Dream Catcher Making Competition at SRWC, Nagpur

Sadabai Raisoni Women's College recently organized a Dream Catcher Making Competition on the Occasion of Christmas.

Dream Catchers are Native American handmade craft articles that are now popular all around the world. They represent good dreams and positive energy, while negative dreams pass through the dream catcher. First-year BCA, B.Sc-IT, and B.Sc-FND students participated enthusiastically in the competition to showcase their creativity in dream catcher-making activity. Students made dream catchers from various materials like colourful yarn or fabric, feathers and beads, wooden rings, etc. Girls celebrated a burst of creativity at the   Dream Catcher Making Competition. The campus echoed with artistic energy as students showcased their talent in crafting intricate and visually stunning dream catchers. The event was an amazing fusion of innovation and tradition, with participants employing a variety of materials and techniques. Judges praised the creativity of the designs, making the selection process challenging.

Principal Prof. Amina Vali appreciated the students' efforts. Prof. Ashwini Ankar coordinated the event. The teacher in charge of the activity was Ms Ashwini Ankar, and the Students In Charge were Ms Nandini Tiwari  & Ms Juhi Karosiya.
