“Vigyan Varta” - A Discussion Forum Formed at Raisoni Campus

 The "Vigyan Varta" discussion forum, organized by the Technical Club at Raisoni Mangalwari Campus, aimed to provide MBA students with a platform to engage in intellectually stimulating discussions on various scientific and business-related topics. The forum was designed to encourage participants to broaden their perspectives, enhance their communication skills, and gain insights from the expertise of the event mentor and guest.

 

The "Vigyan Varta" discussion forum witnessed active participation from 35 MBA students, reflecting their keen interest in the intersection of science and business. Organized under the umbrella of the Technical Club, the event brought together participants from diverse backgrounds and specializations, actively engaging in discussions and contributing to the dynamic and collaborative atmosphere of the event.

 

Activities Conducted:

The forum, held at the Seminar Hall on 1st December 2023 at 3:00 pm, was conducted under the guidance of the Technical Club's event mentor, Mr. Alok Joshi, a seasoned Communication Trainer. The discussions revolved around scientific advancements and their implications on management practices. Dr. Pavan Bhadang, Dean of the School of Commerce and Management, graced the event as the guest speaker, sharing valuable insights and perspectives.

 

The discussions were structured into multiple segments, including:

Presentation Round: Participants, organized by the Technical Club, were given the opportunity to present their viewpoints on the integration of scientific advancements into business strategies. Each presentation was followed by a brief Q&A session, promoting interactive engagement.

Open Forum: A free-flowing discussion where participants actively exchanged ideas, debated viewpoints, and explored the potential synergies between scientific innovations and business practices. The event mentor, Mr. Alok Joshi, facilitated the discussions, ensuring a balanced and inclusive conversation.
