GHRCEM, Pune Conducted Poster Presentation Competition on Renewable Energy
Renewable club of GHRCEM, Pune organized poster presentation competition on 27th October 2023. The major objective of the event was spreading awareness about current scenario of the renewable energies in power generation. The students prepared the poster of various topics of renewable Energy resources.
The students elaborated the topic with the direction like current scenario or power supply and demand in India. Potential power generation, the basic principle diagrams, advantages, technical limitation, Environmental impact, Major hurdles in technological development, site selection criterial, Economic analysis of plants, current research area, etc.
28 students from different branches have participated in the event; Unnati Nagargoje from Ty Mechanical grabbed first position with concept of bio gas energy. Professor N. P. Sirdeshmukh and professor Kamal Ukey have taken efforts for creating interest among students. Students expressed their willingness for undertaking renewable project as a part of academic projects.
