Seminar on “Adaptability” at GHRIET, Nagpur

On 6^th November 2023, the seminar was for the students regarding Adaptability which will be  beneficial for them to grow their thinking with positive ways.  The Guest for the event was Mrs. Pooja Agrawal, she is having 15 years of experience working as an accomplished teacher in various institute. She possesses excellent communication skills and analytical thinking. She motivates and directs students while maintaining high achievements. She is currently working in IDEAS College Architecture as Communication Skill Trainer. Mam Explained about the today’s youth thinking in various ways, fields, and the mindset they create while handling some serious decisions. She gave various examples relatively so that students can think everything positively while handling some decisions. 

She also gave many real-life examples to students how to adapt the positive and negative thoughts according to the condition and get success in various fields with positivity. It also explained about the failures that got failures many times but with that how to get success by doing hard work, perseverance and dedication. Life is short and how to overcome all failures with the help of self-motivation and resilience in their work. The session was great because mam was way much interactive with students. She was continuously asking us about our views and opinions regarding the taken topics. Mainly she created a deep down us was self-confidence.  We are thankful to our Hon’ble Director Dr. Vivek Kapur sir for his guidance and support. We are also thankful to Prof. Anupam Chaube sir for his continuous guidance, support and motivation and to all faculty members for support.
