Charity event Conducted by food club of G H Raisoni University, Saikheda

Charity event was organized by food club of G H Raisoni University, Saikheda on 8^th November 2023 at GH Raisoni University Campus. In this event school children from the vicinity village Saikheda were invited as guest and were served with dinner. Students of the university participated in the event and understood the importance of empathizing with the people with lesser resources available at their disposal. Around twenty students from the village came and enjoyed the cultural program and the food served to them. The event was supervised by the dean students’ council Mrs. Anmol Dhavande. Mrs. Chaitali Barai took tireless efforts to conduct the event successfully. Club members Vanshika also assisted in making the event successful.

Outcomes:

1.      Students understood the importance of empathy in life.

2.      Students improved their attitude towards charity.

3.      Around twenty students from nearby village enjoyed the food at university campus.

4.       Students of university are looking forward to add charity as a part of their professional life.
