Toastmasters Meet at Raisoni College

 The Raisoni Institute’s Ace Enigma Club had successfully conducted its seventh weekly Toastmasters meet with enthusiasm. The meeting was conducted on Friday 3rd October, 2023. The Toastmasters meeting was In-house and all the attendees took part actively and made the meeting successful.

All the participants of the meeting had played their role in an amazing way. All the speakers had completed their levels and projects very gracefully.

After the phenomenal performances of all the participants, the best of the day were chosen by voting and finally, we got all the winners of the meeting.

●      Best Speaker-

Best speaker for the prepared speech session was TM Rajan who delivered Level1Project2, with the majority of the vote and earned the title of the best speaker.

●       Best Evaluator- 

Best Evaluator for the meet was bagged by TM Sumit for his articulated Evaluation of the Speakers

●       Best Impromptu Speaker- 

Best Table Topic speaker for the impromptu speech session was TM Kanishka Sinha with the most votes and earned the title of best table topic speaker.

●      Best Role-player-

Best Role Player for the session was TM Mahesh Choudhary with the majority of votes.

The meeting started with a brief introduction of rules and regulations by the sergeant at arms TM Gaurav. The President of the day TM Lalit gave the last meeting details declared the meeting open, and introduced the TMOD. Followed by the TMOD, TM Mahesh took over, welcomed everyone, and briefed them about the structure of the meeting. She introduced the General evaluator TM Sanjini Sahu who continued by introducing the TAG team i.e., role players Timer, Ah-counter, and then grammarian. Then GE returned the control to the TMOD.

TMOD took over and began the PREPARED SPEECH SESSION by calling the evaluators: - TM Sumit and TM Shruti shete who introduced the respective speakers they were going to evaluate and specified the objectives of their speeches. After this, the speakers gave their speeches. All the speakers gave their speeches. After the speeches, the TMOD called the timer on stage for his reports of the prepared speech session. Then TMOD called upon the GE who then began THE EVALUATION ROUND and called upon the evaluator again for their reports. The evaluators gave valuable feedback to all the speakers. After the evaluation session, the timer gave the reports of the timing of speakers and evaluators.

GE called for the reports of Ah Counter & Grammarian, and then GE presented the General Evaluation Report. GE returned the control to the TMOD. TMOD called the Meeting In-charge TM Manisha for Felicitation. She conducted the Felicitation for the Best Speaker, Best Impromptu Speaker, Best Evaluator, and Best Role Player. TM Manisha returned control to the TMOD. TMOD returned control to the Presiding Officer. The Presiding Officer congratulated everyone, motivated them for the upcoming meets, and called the SAA. The Sergeant at Arms officially closed the meeting.
