GHRU, Amravati Organized A Guest Lecture on "Discover Yourself"

The Happiness Club of G H Raisoni University, Amravati is formed with an intent to guide students regarding how to be stress free in todays world and how to seek happiness in small things. This club organises various activities for students that can help them to maintain work life balance.

The happiness club has organised a guest lecture on ‘Discover yourself’ for the students of the university on 06/09/2023. The guest speaker was Dr.Mohana Kulkarni maam who is behavioural counsellor with more than 40 years on experience in the field of medicine, with a background in psychology and extensive experience in conducting self-discovery workshops and seminars,

The event was started with Saraswati pujan by guest and Honourable Vice chancellor Dr.Vinayak Deshpande sir.Then Dr.Vinayak Deshpande sir felicitate the guest speakers with saplings.The lecture aimed to provide valuable insights and guidance to help individuals explore and understand themselves better. The guest lecture "Discover Yourself" covered a wide range of topics related to self-discovery and personal growth. The speaker began by emphasizing the importance of understanding one's self-identity. They discussed how our beliefs, values, and experiences shape our identity and influence our decisions. The lecture touched upon the idea that change is a constant in life. Attendees learned how to adapt to change and use it as an opportunity for growth. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session where attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and seek personalized advice from the speaker.The lecture "Discover Yourself" received an overwhelmingly positive response from the attendees. The interactive nature of the event allowed for engaging discussions, making it an enriching experience for everyone.  The session was ended with vote of thanks presented by Ms. Shruti Shedge.
