GHRCEM, Pune organized workshop on “Robotics and Its Applications”
G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune has organized one day hands-on workshop on “Robotics and Its Applications” by resource person Prof. A.M. Bongale, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune on 9th May 2023 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The resource person Prof. A. M. Bongale explained the basics of Robots in details which include various robot components, hardware and software. The expert has demonstrated how to configure the various sensors and actuators to Firebird V robot (Atmega2560) to participants. He also demonstrated the how write the embedded c code AVR studio software and built the applications. The demonstration of AVRDude software with ISP Programmer to download the hex file was given to participants.
The workshop was totally interactive and hands-on orientated. The participants were highly benefited and delighted after interfacing the various sensors and actuators for building the various applications of Firebird V Robots. The lecture was attended by 63 student’s participants of various departments of college.
The participants expressed their feedback saying that’s it was wonderful hands-on session on robotics and they got insights of hardware and software for building robotics industrial applications on AVR Microcontroller.
Dr. S.K. Waghmare, HOD E&TC department guided us for conducting the workshop properly along with Prof. N.D.Bhosale. Mr Siddhartha Jadhao, Mr.Parteek Ranpise, Mr. Hemant Wale prepared the lab with software and hardware for smooth conduction of hands-on session along with office assistant Mr. Sachin Hulwan. Prof. A. D. Bhoi, Dr. Y.D. Borole, Prof. Sarika Khope and others faculties of E&TC Department helped and supported for smooth conduction of workshop. Dr. R.D. Kharadkar, Director, G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune encouraged and motivated to arrange the hands-on workshop.
