Paper presentation competition on “Recent Trends in Renewable Energy Source” at Raisoni Campus

The Paper Presentation Contest on “Recent Trends in Renewable Energy Sources” was organized by the Electrical Department under AICTE SPICES Renewable Hobby Club.  Renewable energy is energy derived from natural resources that replenish themselves in less than a human lifetime without depleting the planet’s resources. These resources – such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves, biomass and thermal energy stored in the earth’s crust – have the benefit of being available in one form or another nearly everywhere. The Participants presented the topics in an excellent ways.  The variety of recent trends was explained by the student participants. The competition was open for all the students of all branches. A great support was given from the audience side as well. The competition was judged by the senior professor of the department Dr V. K Chandrakar. All our young participants who took part in the competition made the competition a great success. All of them performed to their level best. The winners of the competition Ms Divya Kathoke (Winner) and Nadeem Sheikh (Runner up) got the cash prize of Rs 600/- & Rs 400/- The Event was co-ordinated by the Hobby club members & EPICS members.
