Guest Talk on “Positive Mindset” at GHRIET, Nagpur
G H Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur has organized a Guest Talk on Positive Mindset for students under Personality Club on 18th January 2023. The aim of the Guest Talk was to enhance the skills of Student Mindset related to their career and Positive attitude can change life”. The chief guest of the program was Mrs. Esha Arora. She is the First Generation Entrepreneur Successfully running a soft skills and personality development training company in the name of M/S The Formula-chase Excellence. Currently Esha conducts a variety of training programs to aspiring professionals, working professional and home makers. While handling these domains, she demonstrated team work, confidence, optimism and composure along with good interpersonal skills. Esha has guided the development of a plan designed to motivate the aspirants towards a goal through a validated SMART criterion. She has helped the students identify their goals through self-direction and focus. She shares her journey from being a Biotechnology student from Hyderabad to becoming a renowned etiquette Coach with over 10 years of experience. Golden opportunity for the student is to explore & improvise their Mindset skills with positive attitude. This activity was intended to help participants understand who is there and share excitement for hopes and aspirations for the day. The Guest Talk on Positive Mindset redefines the personality in significant ways.
The total count for the registration was 225 and around 300 students attended the program. The activity has been smoothly conducted under the Guidance Dr. Vivek Kapur, Director Shraddha Park Campus and Dean Prof. Anupam Chaube Science and Technology Department, GHRIET, Nagpur. The Guest Talk was conducted by the Prof. Devarshi Patrikar and felicitated by Guest Mrs Esha Arora.
