Toastmasters Meet at Raisoni Campus

The Raisoni Institute’s Ace Toastmasters Club had successfully conducted it’s another Toastmasters meet with enthusiasm. The meet was conducted on Tuesday 22nd November 2022. All the attendees took part actively and made the meeting successful.

Results of the Meeting:

All the participants of the meeting had played their role in an amazing way. All the speakers had completed their levels and projects very gracefully.

After phenomenal performances of all the participants the best of the day were chosen by our Chief Mentor TM Ruta ma’am and finally, we got all the winners of the meeting.

•        Best Speaker-

Best speaker for the prepared speech session was TM Vivek who delivered her level 1 project 2, with the majority of vote and earned the title of best speaker.

•        Best Evaluator- 

Best Evaluator for the meet was bagged by TM Sanchit, for her articulated Evaluation for the Speakers

•        Best Impromptu Speaker- 

Best Table Topic speaker for the impromptu speech session was TM Aditya with most votes and earned the title of best table topic speaker.

•        Best Role-player-

Best Role Player for the session was TM Rohan the General Evaluator and TM Trishita the Table Topic Master for the meet, with most votes and earned the title of best role player.

The Raisoni Ace TM club had the honour to conduct a meeting with the Division Director of Division D TM Kanchan Sonik as the guest for the event. Before the beginning of the 1^st round, she was invited on the stage by the Presiding Officer, shared her words of wisdom with everyone. Everyone in the room was inspired by her speech.

The meeting started with a brief introduction of rules and regulations by the sergeant at arms TM Shivam. The President of the day TM Ashish gave the last meeting details, declared the meet open, and introduced the TMOD. Followed by the TMOD, TM Himanshi took over, welcomed everyone, and briefed them about the structure of the meeting. She introduced the General evaluator TM Rohan who continued by introducing the TAG team i.e., role players Timer- TM Sangram, Ah-counter- TM Pratham Solanki, grammarian-TM Arya. Then GE returned the control to the TMOD.

TMOD took over and began the PREPARED SPEECH SESSION by calling the evaluator-1: - TM Shruti and evaluator-2: - TM Abu Zaid and evaluator-3:- TM Sanchit, who introduced their respective speakers they were going to evaluate and specified the objectives of their speeches. After this, the speakers gave their speeches. All the speakers gave their speeches. After the speeches, the TMOD called timer on stage for his reports of the prepared speech session. Then TMOD called upon the GE who then began THE EVALUATION ROUND and called upon the evaluator again for their reports. The evaluators gave valuable feedback to all the speakers. After the evaluation session, the timer TM Sangram gave the reports of timing of speakers and evaluators.

GE calls for the reports of Timer, Ah Counter & Grammarian, and then GE presented the General Evaluation Report. GE returned the control to the TMOD. TMOD called the President TM Sneha for Felicitation. She conducted the Felicitation for the Best Speaker, Best Impromptu Speaker, Best Evaluator, and Best Role-Player. The Presiding Officer congratulated everyone, motivates them for the upcoming meets, and called the SAA. The Sergeant at Arms officially closed the meeting.
