Yoga Session

Yoga Session Conducted at GHRCE, Nagpur 

Under the Fitness hobby club Yoga Pranayam and Meditation Club, organized a Session on 17 Nov, 2022 on "Yoga" for first year students and members of the club.

In this Session following topics were covered

1 Prayer

2 Introduction of Pranayam and and Types of Pranayam 

3. Introduction of Meditation uses of it.

 4. Practice of Meditation

5. Surya Namaskar

The session focused on various Asanas ranging from significance of various Asanas, Meditation. Session was conducted by Urmila Juwarkar from Patanjali Yoga having expertise in the particular domain of complete yoga training.

 

She focused on how to keep oneself to be strong by adopting daily practice of Asanas. It evolves to grow a good personality. Daily practices of yoga make you strong emotionally, and build up confidence.

 

During and after the session resource person addressed all the queries raised by the attendees. Participants appreciated and enjoyed the contents of the various Asanas which it was conducted by the resource person. Attendees also thanked the college management for arranging this guest lecture and requested organization of many more such sessions in future.
