Expert talk on Clean Energy Transition

 An International Expert talk on the topic “Clean Energy Transition” was organized by the Electrical Department Under AICTE SPICES Renewable Hobby Club. The expert for the talk was Dr Mohan Kolhe, University of Agder Norway. He had discussed about the Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Importance of sustainable energy was discussed at length. Use of electric vehicle for less pollution was discussed. 1. Issue of pollution, fossil fuel deficiency, Co2 emission. 2. Hydrogen as a fuel 3. Promotion of Green Energy and Target 2050. He also explained The energy transition is the ongoing process of replacing fossil fuels with low carbon energy sources. More generally, an energy transition is a significant structural change in an energy system regarding supply and consumption followed by question answer session.
